  5,000 square meters of land, shared among 22 villas, each carefully gardened and complete with private swimming pool with jacuzzi, barbecue pit and shower in the garden.   Interior

  First of all, we find a varanda with Brazilian hand-crafted hammick, a table with some comfortable chairs looking towards the swimming pool and the green grass, from where you can watch your kids playing or look over the barbecue pit to watch your fish or steak being cooked.

  In the living room there is a sofa bed, a folding table, rustic carpet among other hand-crafted decorations, cable TV 21?, complete american kitchen with stove, refrigerator, telephone and toilete with hot shower.

  Elegant and solid wooden steps takes you up stairs where you´ll find two suites bedrooms. Both independent from one another and with their own locking key. Both have a complete bathroom inside with hot shower, air conditioner, cable TV, minibar, and furniture all decorated and hand-crafted by local artists.

  

  

  

  

  

  
  

  All the villa is built with solid materials, solid wood (ip and sucupira), authorized by Idema (Environm. Dept.). Besides, in all the complex it has been preserved all the vegetation, changing the way of the roads and the parcels? shape in order not to cut any Palm Tree, or any other tree. From some of the villas, you can take a coconut from the balcony of the room. When the fruits are ripe, our guests can take them from the tree if they want.
